I am the managing partner for 2 035 N, Miami LLC, owner of the reel property located at
1035 N. Miarni Avenue. This letter is a formal request seeking approval from the City of
Muni for and additional mortgage on the real property in an amount S250.000.00. As
you are aware the City of Miami has a placed a restrictive covenant on the title requiring
city approval for any additional "encumbering or conveying of suy interest" on the
ProPertY•
Thew funds are required to complete repairs to the building that will enable us to secure a
Certificate of Occupancy for the building. We have two tenants who are nearly complete
with their store build -out they Hood the building CO so that they can move to final
inspections arid open.
There is an urgency to this request, since the terms negotiated with the lender. BBU
Bank, have a June 15, 2008 expiration.
