Theme Hotel means a hotel that is ancillary, but not exclusively, for the use by
patrons of the park, provided the size, type, structure, is of such a scope, as
determined in the reasonable discretion of the City, to be ancillary to the
destination visitor attraction.
Related Retail and Entertainment means additional uses that shall be permitted
as ancillary to the visitor attraction, including family attraction restaurants and
other attractions and facilities customarily found in family attractions including
but not limited to, restaurants which permit shows.
The Theme Hotel and Related Retail and Entertainment shall be used not only to
accommodate patrons of the park but will enhance the use of the Banquet
Facilities, and retail, provided the size, type, structure, price point and
marketing, among other things, is of such a scope, as determined in the
reasonable discretion of the City, to be ancillary to the destination visitor
attraction.
