RE: Out -of -School Contract #810-193
Dear Hon. Diaz:
The Children's Trust is issuing this Service Authorization to permit City of
Miami, Office of the Mayor to provide after -school and/or summer camp
services beginning August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009, while the FY
2008/2009 contract is still being negotiated and executed. Funding not to
exceed $95,622.00 has been awarded for services delivered during this
period.
We ask for your prompt attention to preparation of the 2008-2009 contract.
Please submit all documents requested by the dates established by your
Contract Manager in order to execute the contract by no later than September
30, 2008.
If you have any questions about the contract process, please contact your
Contract Manager, Marisela de D'Windt.
We look forward to our continued relationship with you working on behalf of
the children and families of Miami -Dade County.
