AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4,
SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, R-2 TWO-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND 0 OFFICE WITH AN SD-28 VILLAGE WEST ISLAND
SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT AND NCD-3 COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD
CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO SD-2 COCONUT GROVE CENTRAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT WITH AN SD-28 VILLAGE WEST ISLAND SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT
AND NCD-3 COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to SD-2 Coconut Grove Central Commercial
District with an SD-28 Village West Island Special Overlay District and NCD-3 Coconut
Grove Neighborhood Conservation District.

Note(s): The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of the Land Use Change on May 21, 2008
by a vote of 6-2.
