pursuant to small scale amendment procedures,
subject to §163.3187, Florida Statutes, by changing
the land use designation of the acreage described
herein of real property located at approximately
2300 NW 14 Street, Less the North 140 Feet (East
Portion, Folio #01-3134-076-0010), Miami, Florida
from "Medium Density Multifamily Residential" to
"General Commercial".
