FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION AS PART OF A MAJOR USE SPECIAL
PERMIT FOR THE VILLAGE CARVER PROJECT, AS LISTED IN
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, CONDITIONAL PRINCIPAL
USES OF C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL (12), TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES OF A
DENSITY EQUAL TO R-3 OR HIGHER, IN THIS CASE R-4.
Purpose: This will allow multifamily residential structures of a density equal to R-3 or
higher for the proposed Village Carver Major Use Special Permit.
