Director Chief ,`J / i4A,% (k5Dot City Manager Pave 1 of 1 AGENDA ITEM SUMMARY FORM (CONTINUED): BACKGROUND INFORMATION: On May 26, 2005, by Resolution No 05-0343, the City Commission approved the selection of Thomson Elite, a division of West Publishing Corp., dba ProLaw and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract, under the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement, allowing the City to "piggyback" on the California State University System RFP 40549 and Agreement No. 40549, for the provision of licensing ProLaw GC, Training Conversion and Consulting Services. The original term of the California Agreements runs through February 28, 2010. The parties have continued to perform their rights and obligations under the Services Agreement through the date of this Amendment and desire to extend the term of the Services Agreement to parallel that of the California Agreement. The Term of this Service Agreement shall be through February 28, 2010, with the City's option to renew the annual maintenance for additional terms, subject to performance, and under the same General Provisions and compliance with the terms of the Services Agreement. Estimated annual contract amount $8,871.
