Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of F.D.O.H. SUBDIVISION, which is located along
the South side of N.W. 14 Street between N.W. 13 Court and N.W. 14 Avenue.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of F.D.O.H.
SUBDIVISION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to create one (1) tract for the
construction of a four (4) story, 60,000 square foot, facility for the Department of Health.
The proposed record plat entitled F.D.O.H. SUBDIVISION is a subdivision of the property described
in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract containing approximately
163,535 square feet (3.75± acres). It is zoned G/1.
