REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
F.D.O.H. SUBDIVISION
LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF N.W. 14 STREET
BETWEEN N.W. 13 COURT AND N.W. 14 AVENUE
The accompanying Plat entitled F.D.O.H. SUBDIVISION was prepared by
Alvarez, Aiquesvives and Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City
Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a subdivision of the property described in the attached
Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract containing
approximately 163,535 square feet (3.75 ± acres). It is zoned G/I.
(2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the
Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Rene Aiquesvives, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat
complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated--�hL' 9 2 ' '6' , signed
by 31e"e,1 , G'/',GGe�.� , Attorney, indicates that the fee simple
title to the property platted is correctly vested in the Board of the Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, and that the Plat has
been correctly executed.

The area platted is not encumbered by a mortgage.
As a result of a field investigation by the Department of Public Works, it has been
determined that no improvements shall be required at this time. Therefore, this
plat is forwarded to the City Commission of Miami, without the usual formality of
a Contract and a Bond being provided.
The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance of the Plat by
City Commission of Miami, Florida.
