INDIVIDUALASA MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS BOARD FORA
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Community
Relations Board, to serve a term ending July 9, 2011, or until the nominating Commissioner leaves
office, whichever occurs first.
