Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of MAR I'ELL SUBDIVISION, which is located
along the East side of S.W. 39 Court between S.W. 5 Terrace and S.W. 6 Street.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of MARTELL
SUBDIVISION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to create two (2) lots- one lot
for the existing single family house and the other lot for the future construction of a single family
house.
The proposed record plat entitled MARTELL SUBDIVISION is a replat of the property described in
the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing approximately 14,
313 square feet (0.33± of an acre). It is zoned R-1.
