Background Information: The Department of Capital Improvements is tasked with the responsibility to execute capital improvement projects including the fiscal management and tracking of all capital expenditures. Pursuant to the provisions of the Financial Integrity Ordinance, No.1 1890, as amended, and codified as Section 18-541-18-542 in the City Code, the City is required to prepare a capital plan detailing improvements needed to support City services. The Capital Plan identifies funded, partially funded, and unfunded projects for the current Fiscal Year plus five (5) additional years.
