To reimbursement Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency for Update to
Master Development Order.
Background Information:
Miami City Commissioner approved a Master Development Order for the Southeast Overtown/Park
West Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA"). In 2004, Planning and Zoning advised the CRA
to update the Master Development Order. The CRA expended $69,883.49 with the firm of Bercow &
Radell, P.A. to update the Master Development Order.
