The attached proposed Resolution scheduled for the City Commission Meeting of
June 12, 2008, seeks authorization for transfer of an additional $169,692, of the Common
Fund, above and beyond the $200,000 already approved, Case Nos. 98-11208 CA 31 and 05-
2117 CA 22.
Please indicate below by affixing your signature that funds are available from the
General Fund — Fund Balance and return this original memorandum to Marta Gomez,
Legislative Coordinator, of this office as soon as possible.
