Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the agreement end term date, from May 10, 2008 to September 30, 2009, With the City retaining the option to extend for an additional year, with Neighbors and Neighbors Association, Inc., for the completion of the rehabilitation of the Osun Village Project. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the agreement end term date, from September 30, 2007 to September 30, 2008, with One Touch Changes Everything, LLC; authorizing the changing of said entity name to ONETOUCHCHANGESEVERYTHINGLLC, to participate in micro -enterprise assistance activities. Discussion and proposed resolution waiving the conflict of interest provisions in section 2-612 of the City Code to allow the City of Miami Department of Community Development to enter into art agreement with Community Development Group MIA Corp. for the conveyance of two parcels of land located at 5435 NW 1st Avenue and 5515 NW 1st Court, Miami, Florida, for the development of affordable housing. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance of certain city owned parcels of land located at 1544 NW 58t" Terrace, 1590 NW 54t" Street, 5435 NW 1s' Avenue, 5515 NW 11' Court, and 1230 NW 58t" Terrace, Miami, Florida, directly to developers, for the development of affordable housing. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the construction of a mixed use structure on a parcel of land located at 5860 NW 17t"Avenue, Miami, Florida, previously conveyed to IGWT Construction, Inc. and the construction of townhome/condo structure on a parcel of land'located at 1233 NW 59"' Street, Miami, Florida, previously conveyed to DANKO PMI & BUILDER, LLC, for the development of affordable housing. • The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan. f This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days.
