Discussion and proposed resolution au horizing the conveyance of one (1) city owned property located at 1477 NW 60th Street,
Miami, Florida, to Palmetto Homes of Miami, Inc., for the development of affordable housing.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the agreement end term date, from May 10, 2008 to September
30, 2009, with the City retaining the option to extend for an additional year, with Neighbors and Neighbors Association, Inc., for
the completion of the rehabilitation of the Osun Village Project.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the agreement end term date, from September 30, 2007 to
September 30, 2008, with One Touch Changes Everything, LLC; authorizing the changing of said entity name to
ONETOUCHCHANGESEVERYTHINGLLC, to participate in micro -enterprise assistance activities.
Discussion and proposed resolution waiving the conflict of interest provisions in section 2-612 of the City Code to allow the City
of Miami Department of Community Development to enter into an agreement with Community Development Group MIA Corp. for
the conveyance of two parcels of land located at 5435 NW 151 Avenue and 5515 NW 1st Court, Miami, Florida, for the
development of affordable housing.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance of certain city owned parcels of land located at 1544 NW 581h
Terrace, 1590 NW 54'h Street, 5435 NW 1st Avenue, 5515 NW 1s` Court, and 1230 NW 58th Terrace, Miami, Florida, directly to
developers, for the development of affordable housing.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the construction of a mixed use structure on a parcel of land located at 5860 NW
17thAvenue, Miami, Florida, previously conveyed to IGWT Construction, Inc. and the construction of townhome/condo structure
on a parcel of land located at 1233 NW 59th Street, Miami, Florida, previously conveyed to DANKO PM! & BUILDER, LLC, for the
development of affordable housing.
• The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft) amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.
