A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE
ALLOCATION OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000, TO THE
ALLAPATTAH-WYNWOOD COMMUNITY AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC., A
501(C)3 CORPORATION LOCATED AT 1500 NORTHWEST 16TH AVENUE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO ASSIST WITH THEIR DAY CARE ACTIVITIES;
ALLOCATING SAID FUNDS FROM THE DISTRICT 1 ELECTED OFFICIALS
ROLLOVER ACCOUNT NO. 15500.114000.882000.0000.00000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The allocation of funds in the amount of $20,000, to the Allapattah-Wynwood
Community and Development Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 corporation located at 1500 Northwest 16th
Avenue, Miami, Florida, to assist with their day care activities, is authorized, with funds allocated from
the District 1 Elected Officials Rollover Account No. 15500.114000.882000.0000.00000.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
