Subject: A resolution accepting one hundred and fifty-two (152) Right -of -Way Deeds of Dedications
located at various locations throughout the City of Miami.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept
one hundred and fifty-two (152) Right -of -Way Deeds of Dedication, for highway purposes, and
approving and authorizing the recordation of said deeds in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public
right-of-way for future widening of City streets, has received one hundred and fifty-two (152) Right -
of -Way Deeds of Dedication.
The Department has reviewed these deeds and has received legal counsel concerning said resolution,
and has determined that they are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
