FOR A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION FROM THE FDOT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000, AND
REQUIRES A MATCH FROM THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000; ALLOCATING FUNDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000, FROM THE STREETS BOND PROGRAM PROCEEDS.
