The recitals and fine ings ontained in th( Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in t'-.3 Section. Section 2. The City Manager is autf rized{1„ to execute an agreement, in substantially the attached form, between the City and Daub Firmin Y '3ndrickson Sculpture Group, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, for the creation of a statue honoring Julia Tuttle, with funds allocated from an account to be determined by the C. ., `,'': pager for said purpose.
