Mr. Miguel Gabela offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 FROM
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE
WHICH FAILED (3-4), CONSTITUTING A DENIAL OF A VARIANCE FROM
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE
REQUIRED REAR SETBACK FOR A NEW TERRACE STRUCTURE, TO ALLOW A
REAR SETBACK OF 6'0" (20'0" REQUIRED), FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 5990 SOUTHWEST 2ND STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS
EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY Al !ACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF M€AMI-DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA; ZONED R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
