To Whom It May Concern:
We, Enrique and Maria Abilleira, are pleading and applying for a variance to the
hearing Hearing Board of the City of Miami to permit a detached CBS Shed /Garage -
accessory Building Structure that has two interior set backs of 5' -- 0"; the required set
back is 7' — 5" the difference is less than 25°l0. We are in the process of getting all the
required permits to legalize this so need area in the back of our residence
(a) The Accessory building is larger than allowed so is being converted to a garage area to store my
motorcycle and tools.
(b) The accessory building was existing at time of purchase.
(c): The existing structure has been part of this residence since 1996 a total of 17 years. Storage and
garage areas are necessary and enjoyed by other properties.
(d) There are other properties with the same need for storage and this will keep the property neater and
properly maiittained.
(e) The set back granted will allow the existing structure to remain and still meet reasonable land use and
all other code compince.
(f) The structure is in the interior of the property and does not interfere with the public or any neighboring
issues..
