Pursuant to Ordinance 11000, as amended, Supplement 14, the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Florida, the subject proposal for VLADA BAR MIAMI at 3215 N.E. 2 "
AVENUE MIAMI, FLORIDA, has been submitted and reviewed to allow an application. for
Special Exception Permit, subject to all applicable criteria;
The proposed development "vlada Bar Miami" will be comprised of changing the use of an
existing bay of approximately 1,803 square feet in an existing commercial building into a
bare The existing commercial building provides forty four (44) off-street parking spaces
where forty two (42) off-street parking spaces are required including the change of use as
proposed.
SPECIAL EXCEPTION, as per Article 6, Section 620e4 (5), to allow a bar subject to all
applicable criteria and regulations;
