Pursuant to Ordinance 11000, as amended, the Zoning rdinance of the City of Miami,
Florida, the subject proposal has been reviewed as folio
Sa bstanti l m d ticati t 0 a previously- approved Special Exceptions
(Resolution Nos 06-00799xc) per Article 22, Section 2215 of the City of Miami
Zoning Ordinance 11.000, as amended, and including all of the previously
approved permits under the original Special Exception.
The following findings have been made:
• It is found that the subject application is in order to modify the plans presented with a
previously approved Special Exception.
It is found that the proposed use could be beneficial to the community in providing a
needed service_ The modification to the approved Special Exception will allow the
relocation of Camillus House and its services from its current location.
• It is found that the City of Miami has agreed with Camillus House on the Development
Agreement to this new location.
▪ It is found that the design of the proposed facility is in scale and character with the
surrounding area.
• It is found that the submitted plans depict the required landscaping and open space to
serve the resident of the proposed project.
▪ It is found that with respect to ail additional criteria as specified is Section 1305 of the
Zoning Ordinance 11000, the proposal has been reviewed and found to be adequate.
Based on these findings, the Planning Department is recommending approval of the
application as presented®
