A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FORATERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, to serve a term ending May 12, 2009, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
