Dear Mr. Citron,
On behalf of the City of Miami, I am providing this Letter of Support for the
modification of the Enterprise Zone (EZ) to include all of the properties located at
495 Brickell Avenue. A preliminary evaluation of this proposal has been
completed and we support inclusion of this proposal in Miami -Dade County's
application to the State of Florida.
The Total area for this proposal measures 212,856 square feet or 4.86 acres.
The City has identified the following non -developable land to accommodate the
Request for Proposal submitted by Lori A. Fields, KPMG Tax Manager. 50% of
this parcel will be used for this proposal.

Dear Mr. Citron,
On behalf of the City of Miami, I am providing this Letter of Support for the
modification of the Enterprise Zone (EZ) to include the property located at 2900
SW 28th Lane (folio # 01-4116-38-0020). A preliminary evaluation of this
proposal has been completed and we support inclusion of this proposal in Miami -
Dade County's application to the state. This application will request an
administrative boundary change to the County's EZ, as allowed every 3 years,
pursuant to the House bill that reauthorized the program effective January 2006.
