THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is made by Miami Dream Homes Investment Group,
Inc., a Florida corporation, whose address is 220 N.W. 1306 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33182 ("Grantor"),
to the City of Miami, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, with offices located at 444
S.W. 2 Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33130 ("Grantee").
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten And No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, and conveys to Grantee, and
Grantee's successors and assigns forever, all of the land, situate, lying and being in Miami -Dade
County, Florida described on Exhibit A hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all easements, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
belonging to the land; all buildings and other improvements now or in the future located on the
land; and all of Grantor's right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the streets, avenues, roadways,
alleys, waterways, and canals, open or proposed, in front of or adjoining the land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
GRANTOR hereby fully warrants the title to said property and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor.
