Customized Miami NICE Assessment Tool Requirements: As per collaborative grant design, achieve: (a) Integration of locally developed tools in use by local funders and partners; (b) Integration of best practices from the nonprofit field; (c) Adaptation to the community -based and faith -based target audience; and (d) Satisfaction of pre -assessment and post -assessment evaluation components. RESEARCH: Review a minimum of 20 tools from the national field and local. 2. SELECTION: Select 10 tools most appropriate to Miami NICE for further analysis. 3. ANALYSIS I: Conduct a comparative analysis of main components and themes within each tool as well against capacity -building categories as defined by project funder (CCF). 4. ANALYSIS II: Conduct a line -item comparison of individual practices/assessment items within each tool. Identify common assessment items and identify gaps. 5. WRITE/DESIGN: Customize a tool. PRESENTATION: Create PowerPoint presentation as one component of the mandatory applicant "information sessions" and for potential use at other pre - application technical assistance sessions. 2. TRAINER NOTES: Write a guide for use by any partner facilitating information sessions and/or TA sessions. H. Miami NICE Consultant Coordination (and "Matching") Services Requirements: Achieve: (a) Success Partner assignments (based upon "match" to client needs) (b) Technical Consultants (c) Training Consultants (d) Include: External training arrangements (whereby clients can be registered for an existing training session provided by another suitable entity) Scope of activities: 1. WRITE/EDIT: Prepare Request(s) for Qualifications. Elicit input from collaborative partners. 2. RECRUITMENT/SCREENING: Distribute RFQ through C-One and partner networks, collect consultant information, and screen all candidates against criteria. Conduct one-on-one outreach as necessary. 3. MONITORING: Provide day-to-day management and supervision services to monitor activities and deliverables. Advise and trouble -shoot as needed. 2. SUPPORT: Provide one-on-one support as needed. Periodically convene groups of Success Partners and/or other consultants to for peer exchange and support; and/or to trouble -shoot emerging issues with individual clients or groups of clients. J.
