PETITION Consideration of a resolution, approving with conditions, a
major Use Special Permit pursuant to articles 5, 13 and 17 of
Zoning Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, for the Grove
Estates project, a residential development to be located at
approximately at 4055 Southwest 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida;
comprised of a maximum of 11 single family residential
structures, with up to 201,477 square feet of floor area, and a
maximum height of 25 feet 0 inches A.G.L. (44 feet and 0
inches N.G.V.D.); an entry gate house and a concierge
structure with approximately 1,000 square feet of floor area;
and approximately 37 parking spaces.
