AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1903.1 FROM
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE,
WHICH FAILED, CONSTITUTING A DENIAL OF A VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE
NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
ARTICLE 19, SECTION 1901, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, TO ALLOW A REDUCTION
OF REQUIRED SETBACKS, TO ALLOW A REAR YARD SETBACK OF TO" (2010"
REQUIRED), FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1520
NORTHWEST 24TH AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY
ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-2
TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
