AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE
19, SECTION 1901, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, TO ALLOW A REDUCTION
OF REQUIRED SETBACKS, TO ALLOW A REAR YARD SETBACK OF 7'0"
