A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE COCONUT GROVE BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE (BIC) FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a members of the Coconut Grove
Business Improvement Committee (BIC), to serve a term expiring April 9, 2009, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
