Please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing for a resolution rescinding
Resolution No. R-07-0507, which accepted the proposed plat of EVANRAFY
SUBDIVISION, which is located along the North side of N.W. 15 Street between N.W.
30 Avenue and N.W. 31 Avenue. This resolution has been scheduled for the April 10,
2008, City Commission meeting.
We request that you ensure that each of the homeowners associations within the
Allapattah NET district receives a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing in a timely
manner.
