ADDENDUM NO. 2

Invitation For Bid for Lot Clearing Services - Citywide
TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following changes, additions, clarifications, and deletions amend the Bid Documents of the above captioned IFB,
and shall become an integral part of the Contract Documents. Please note the contents herein and reflect same on the
documents you have on hand.
1. The City is determining the annual spend for Lot Clearing Services- Citywide for the purpose of allocating the
Living Wage Ordinance to this Invitation For Bid. As stated at the mandatory Pre -Bid Meeting, January 15,
2008, the amount must equal or exceed $100,000.00 per year to qualify for Living Wage pricing. Therefore, we
are issuing this Addendum to extend the bid opening for one more week, to Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at
2PM. Additionally, we have added two more Price Line Items for the purpose of indicating the Bidder's square
footage costs for Category A and Category B without the Living Wage consideration.
If you have already submitted your Bid, please revisit this solicitation on-line/electronically and acknowledge receipt of
this Addendum and provide pricing for the aforementioned categories.
The following are the answers to the questions posed by potential bidders:
Q1. Is it possible to have a copy of all previous bidders and bid information and/or award letter for previous
bidders?
Al. The attached Award Sheet shows the list of awarded participating qualified suppliers to Lot Clearing
Services from the prior Request For Qualifications, 01-02-074.
Q2. Is there an existing list with addresses of lots to be cleared, that we can go see to determine volume of
debris and or vegetation?
Al. See attached list of addresses for the purpose of viewing the volume and type of clearing to be
performed
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE IFB REMAIN THE SAME.
