JJ I33 www.miamigov.com File Number: 08-00313 Final Action Date: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF ALL FEES FOR THE USE OF SHENANDOAH PARK ON MAY 17, 2008 THROUGH MAY 18, 2008, FOR THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY'S RELAY FOR LIFE EVENT; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI'S SNOWMOBILE FOR SAID EVENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The waiver of all fees for the use of Shenandoah Park on May 17, 2008 and May 18, 2008, for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the use of the City of Miami's Showmobile for said event, is authorized. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: JULIE O. BRU CITY ATTORNEY Footnotes: {1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted.
