2003 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITY PLANNING, CURRENTLY IN
EFFECT. ALTHOUGH EXISTING REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT TRIGGERED AS THE APPLICANT IS
NOT REQUESTING ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL DENSITY, THE APPLICATION MAY BE SUBJECT
TO SCHOOL CONCURRENCY REQUIREMENTS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008. AS MANDATED
BY 2005 GROWTH MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION.
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 163.3177 AND 1013.33, FLORIDA STATUTES. ALL NEW RESIDENTIAL
