HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit2EASEMENT LEGAL DESCRIPTION -PRASE II EXHIBIT :'A" November 2. 20(7 Several strips of land 15 feet in with tying in a portion of NE '/a of Section 32 Township 53 South Range 41 West, a 7.5 feet each side of as measured at right angles to and parallel with the following described centerline: Commence at Southeast comer of NE '/ of Section 32-53-41 the same being the intersection of centerline of Douglas Road (NW 37th Avenue) and NW 14th Street according to the plat "AMENDED PLAT OF PLAT OF PORTIONS -OF NW 37th AVE, NW 38th AVE, NW 11th ST, NW 14th ST, NW 17th ST, NW 20th ST, NW-21'` ST, and NW 26th ST" as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 26 of the Public Records of Miami Dade County, Florida; thence run North 01°51'47" West, along the centerline of N.W. 37th Avenue, for a distance of 672.55 feet to a point; thence run South 88°08'13" West for a distance of 35.00 feet to a point of intersection with the West Right of Way Line of N.W. 37th Avenue; thence continue South 88°08'13" West for a distance of 9.83 feet to a point; thence run South 73°48'06" West for a distance of 89.20 feet to a point; thence run South 58°45'56" West for a distance of 284.19 feet to a Point of Beginning of the centerline of a 15 foot easement; thence run South 76°12'12" West for a distance of 244.11 feet to a Point of Termination; The easement Right of Way Tines of each side of said centerline are to be extended or shortened as necessary to maintain a continuous 15 foot easement along the routes described. The intent of the centerline of the easement described above is approximately coincident with the field location of visible utility appurtenances prepared by E.R.
