$40,000, FROM ECOMEDIA TO THE CITY OF MIAMI; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT SAID IN -KIND DONATION AND TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
TO IMPLEMENT ACCEPTANCE OF SAID DONATION.
