Director City Manager 1 FEB 0 it 008 Page 1 of 1 ATTACHMENT Resolution No. 06-0145, adopted on March 9, 2006, authorized the City Manager to execute a Maintenance and Support Agreement with Printrak, a Motorola Company, for the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and Omnitrak Systems, for a two-year period commencing March 1, 2006 through February 28, 2008, in an amount not to exceed $32,638, for the first -year period and an amount not to exceed $35,299, for the second -year period, for a total contract amount not to exceed $67,937. This amendment is to reflect a decrease in the second year maintenance and support from $35,299 to $12,816, and provide for an extension of the contract from March 1, 2008 through May 15, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $9,376.50.
