Background Information: The Bayfront Park Management Trust has identifed a need for replacing and updating its outdoor lighting fixtures and appurtenances. On November 21, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bids No. 70032. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and two (2) bids were received on December 10, 2007. Rexel, Inc. has been deemed the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid amount of $118,014.88 and therefore recommended for award.
