Ptsc/t? 7 Tlo1so7r, City Clerk (305) 250-5370 fax (305) 858-1610 From: Gomez, Marta Sent: Wednesday, July 16, 2008 3:11 PM To: Martinez, Maribel Cc: Thompson, Priscilla; Olivera, Rosemary; Wysong, George; Rawlins, Tracy Subject: RE: Ordinance No. 12970 Maribel, CC The change is in as Version 1. The original legislation is scanned in as an attachment. Since this was a scrivener's error, the new legislation was not placed in as Version 2 because then the history line would not be consistent. I believe you have a copy of the memo as well. For quick reference- the change occurs in section (1)- page 2- to reflect that the Mayor has 3 appointments, not 2. Let me know what you need me to do. Thanks, Marta From: Wysong, George Sent: Monday, July 14, 2008 5:19 PM To: Gomez, Marta Cc: Thompson, Priscilla; Olivera, Rosemary; Martinez, Maribel Subject: RE: Ordinance No. 12970 Marta, please see the email from the City Clerks Office below. I would like to know if all of the necessary changes have been made to this ordinance in Legistar? As it is with all substitutions that our office receives in connection with legislation, in order to provide a clear history of what transpired into the record, we must print a copy of the legislation that is being substituted, put a line through it and place a stamp entitled " SUBSTITUTED" on it. After this is done, we scan the replacement copy of the legislation along with the substituted version into Legistar. In order to complete this process, I need to make sure that the necessary changes have been in Legistar by your office. Thank you, Maribel Martinez City of Miami City Clerk's Office (305) 250-5363 2
