City of Miami Commission Chamber 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of, and an opportunity to comment on, any amendments to funding of HUD programs. The public is advised of the proposed amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) indicated below: * Discussion and Proposed Resolutions authorizing the transfer of funds for the following agenda Itemst 1: Sources of Reallocation Amount Recommended Activity Amount Redistribution of funds Name/Description to Agencies AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND Total $10,334.00 $10,334.00 MIAMI DREAM HOMES INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. PAYMENT OF WATER AND SEWER LATERALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT 1533 AND 1535 NW 58TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA Total $10,334.00 $10,334.00 Discussion and proposed resolution waiving the conflict of interest provisions in section 2-612 of the City Code to allow the City of Miami Department of Community Development to enter into an agreement with the Association for the Development of the Exceptional, Inc. for public facilities and improvements activities. • The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan. t Pis amendment(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 14 days. The review and comment period begins Thursday, January 31, 2008 and ends Wednesday, February 13, 2008.
