Discussion and proposed resolution waiving the conflict of interest provisions in section 2-612 of the City Code to allow the City
of Miami Department of Community Development to enter into an agreement with the Association for the Development of the
Exceptional, Inc. for public facilities and improvements activities.
• The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.
