ONEARTCENTER RENOVATION
SCOPE OF WORK 2006-07
PROJECT STATUS
At the present time, One Art is awaiting the completion of the OneArtCenter drawings, which are being revis
to reflect a two (2)-phase project. At present, One Art has also submitted to the architect a bid package wt
advertisement for approval. Upon completion of the drawing and approval of bid package, One Art will
advertise for a General Contractor in August 2006. Phase 1 is expected to begin in September 1, 2006.
CITY OF MIAMI FUNDING
With funding provided by The City of Miami Community Development Block Grant, One Art will complete all
interior and exterior finishes to the OneArtCenter, which include; flooring, partitions, lighting, plumbing, interior

One Art's program objective is a two (2)-phase project. Phase 1, which is presently underway, consists of
meeting the Federal National Objective by expending all remaining balance of funds from Miami Dade Office
of Community and Economic Development. The goal in this phase would be to obtain a Certificate of

of The City of Miami funding ($100,000.00), will then move forward towards completing Phase 2. This phase
