PAINTING, INC., FOR THE PROVISION OF RE -CAULKING OF EXTERIOR WALLS AND WINDOWS AT THE MIAMI RIVERSIDE CENTER BUILDING, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $76,300, PLUS A CONTINGENCY AMOUNT OF $7,630, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $83,930; ALLOCATING FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,091, FROM FEMA ACCOUNT CODE NO. 80000.241000.546000.0000.00000, AND FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,839, FROM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ACCOUNT CODE NO. 31000.241000.670000.0000.00000, B# 74217. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid received October 22, 2007, pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 51025,2, from V.I.P. Painting, Inc., for the provision of Re -caulking of Exterior Walls and Windows at the Miami Riverside Center Building, in an amount not to exceed $76,300, plus a contingency amount of $7,630, for a total contract amount not to exceed $83,930, is accepted, with funds allocating in the amount of $79,091, from FEMA Account Code No. 80000.241000.546000.0000.00000, and funds in the amount of $4,839, from Capital Improvement Program Account Code No. 31000.241000.670000.0000.00000, B# 74217. Section 2.
