AMENDING PAGE NO. 30, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO.
11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY
MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial. The
applicant has proffered a covenant for these properties.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Change of Land Use on July 18,
2007 vote of 4-2.
Zoning Board: Recommended denial to City Commission on September 24, 2007 by a vote of
5-4.

City Commission: Continued on November 9, 2007. Passed First Reading on December 13,
2007.
