Analysis: See supporting documentation. Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of the Land Use Change on October 3, 2007 by a vote of 8-1. Also recommended to city boards, agencies and/or officials that 1) any or all use access from NE 6th Court be restricted (no loading or unloading), and 2) limit uses of adaptive reuse by a vote of 9-0.
