The subject property is located at 3624 N.W. 23ra Court, in the
City of Miami.
The Applicant is requesting a change from the current zoning
designation of R-3 residential to C-2-Commercial.
The proposed zoning designation would be in line for the depth
of commercial use for properties in the proximity of the subject
property.
The Applicant currently owns the two (2) lots to the immediate
south of the subject property along N.W. 36th Street
The Applicant respectively requests a change of the current
zoning designation for the subject property to C-2-Commercial.
