The subject property is located at 3624 N.W. 23rd Court, in the
City of Miami.
The Applicant is requesting a change from the current zoning
designation of Medium Density Multifamily Residential to General
Commercial.
Upon review of the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan, we
feel that the requested change would be in line with the
surrounding properties.
The Applicant also owns the two (2) lots to the immediate
south of the subject property along N.W. 36th Street, Miami,
Florida, which is designated General Commercial.
The Applicant respectively requests change of the current
zoning designation for the subject property to General Commercial.
