APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE
WITH ZONING ORDINANCE 11000 AND CITY CODE, AS AMENDED, AND ALL

To allow a BAR at an existing restaurantwith approximately 7,480 square feet of

Pursuant to Ordinance 11000, as amended, Supplement 16, the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Florida, the subject proposal for 'VISION NIGHTCLUB / APPLES
MARTINI BAR & LOUNGE at 3015 GRAND AVENUE, TENANT 320-410, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, has been submitted and reviewed to allow an application for Special Exception
Permit, subject to all applicable criteria;
SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERIVIIT, as per ARTICLE S. SECTION 602.4 Permitted
Principal Uses and Structures, to allow a bar as per C-1; subject to all the applicable criteria.
