Dear Mr. Rubino:
This letter is in response to your e-mail dated October 5, 2007. On October 1, 2007 the
Public Works Department denied your appeal to remove an existing Live Oak tree in the
road right—of-way at 284 Shipping Avenue. You were notified over the phone by Ms,
Regina Nagger that your appeal was denied. The next step in the appeal process is to
apply to the Historic anc. Environmental Preservation Board (HEP Board). We
understand that your appeal has been scheduled for the November 6, 2007 HEP Board
Meeting. The HEP board will rule on your appeal request.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (305) 416 -1200.
Sincerely,
G"
